All Mothers Day orders must be placed by May 1st to guarantee delivery by Mothers Day.
Orders placed after May 1st will be shipped as soon as possible but I cannot guarantee delivery by May 12th.
I do not accept returns on personalized products, however, if your product arrives damaged please contact me within 24 hours of delivery and I will be happy to replace it. Thank you!
